The Razer Naga…a mere whisper of those words and I can hear nothing but “click, click, click,” for hours as we fight together under the blue and gold Alliance banner in the name of good King Varian Wyrnn, first of his name.
Okay, so maybe the title is a cheap jab, but I guess it’s warranted considering the game’s primary input mode is left-clicks from the handy mouse. Surely, though, there must be a much deeper level of gameplay to be found here beneath the hack and slash simplicity?

Screw Blizzard. Honestly, I haven’t so much as booted up Starcraft II in months, and all it took was just over a minute of gameplay and cutscenes to pretty much sell me on Heart of the Swarm. Honestly, they could pretty much just crap in my palm and tell me it was Sara Kerrigan’s and I’d pay fifty bucks for it.

If you’re a big fan of Starcraft 2 or any Real-Time Strategy games, at least a big enough fan to search them on Youtube, there’s a real possibility you’ve heard this term before. But what exactly does it mean? I sat down with “Crota”, purveyor of the Youtube channel Blizshouter, to find out.
So you’re one of the multitudes who went out and picked up a copy of Starcraft 2, ready to dive into the lore and action and be satisfied for weeks, only to find that something is…wrong.
You’ve invested hours in the campaign, completing every mission and raking in the achievements. You’ve flexed your muscles in ladder matches and completed all the “challenge” scenarios hoping to become a better player. Now it seems the content is sort of stagnating. You find yourself wandering away to play other games or even – dare I say it?- not gaming at all! Luckily there’s a fix for this, and its name is SotIS. Well, its real name is “Storm of the Imperial Sanctum,” but that’s just ridiculous to retype, so we’ll call it SotIS.
If you’re any kind of real-time strategy fan, that video probably gave you chills. It’s the weight of ten years of anticipation, and you’re right to be excited. Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty delivers the kind of experience that an evolved gaming community is looking for in increased supply. There is a lot of ground to cover here, so I’m going to hit these points in the order they hit me.
